Jeremy is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a passion for helping individuals, couples and families achieve better mental health and personal growth through counseling. With a belief in the transformative power of therapy, Jeremy emphasizes the importance of honesty, trust, and vulnerability throughout the therapeutic journey. These foundational qualities guide the therapeutic process from the first session to the last, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges. He utilizes a client-centered approach while incorporating evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, tailoring interventions to best meet the unique needs of each client.
Licensed to provide psychotherapy in Maryland and Virginia, Jeremy is also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors and an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). With an M.S. in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, earned in 2012, Jeremy brings a wealth of experience to the field. Before joining CCG, he gained valuable experience working with families, couples, individuals, and groups in private practice and at institutions including The University of Maryland, College Park, and the District Heights Family and Youth Services Center.

A lifelong learner, Jeremy has completed advanced training in anxiety management, EMDR, mindfulness practices, ADHD, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). By regularly attending workshops, seminars, and conferences, he remains committed to staying informed about the latest developments in the field of counseling, ensuring clients receive the most effective and up-to-date care. With a deep dedication to supporting clients on their journey toward healing and growth, Jeremy is devoted to making a lasting, positive impact in the lives of those seeking counseling services.
