Kim Wiltshire

Kim Wiltshire specializes in treating adolescents and adults in
anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, stress management,
grief/loss, relationship concerns, self-esteem, self-harm, LGBTQIA+
issues, and general life transitions. Kim uses a combination of
therapy modalities to best treat the needs of the individual.
Kim is extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and EMDR
Therapy. Kim also has additional training in mindfulness-based therapy
practices. She is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Kim previously worked as a school counselor for Montgomery County Public Schools. She completed her clinical internship at Kolmac Recovery Services working with individuals seeking treatment for addiction. Kim received her bachelor’s degree in Family Science from
the University of Maryland and her master’s degree in School
Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel
College.
Kim strives to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space for her
clients to help them feel safe and understood. Kim helps clients gain
personal insight through self-awareness and works collaboratively with
individuals to find effective solutions. Her goal is to empower
individuals to create happier and healthier lives through the
therapeutic process.
