Jen Fields
Jen’s work focuses on helping people heal from trauma, navigate anxiety, find work/life balance, and rebuild their sense of self and balance after experiencing abuse or coercive control. Jen is trained in a number of evidence based treatments, including: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and the Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) program.
Jen’s approach is warm, empathic, and non-judgmental, with an emphasis on collaboration and practical skill-building to help clients develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence and create lasting change.
Jen is a licensed Social Worker in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Prior to joining CCG, she spent 15 years in nonprofit and corporate leadership positions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Drew University, a Master of Science in Social Work with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice from Columbia University, and a Master of Public Health from George Washington University.
In her free time, Jen loves: reading, yoga, photography, and travel.
