Molly R. Zametkin
Molly R. Zametkin, LCSW-C, is a clinical social worker and healthcare consultant with extensive experience in community relations, resourcing, mental health assessment, treatment, and healthcare operations. With a Master’s in Social Work from The National Catholic School of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado College, Molly has spent 15+ years specializing in healthcare and mental health, including trauma-informed care, clinical supervision, and integrative treatment planning. Her specialties include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and trauma-focused training through the Ferentz Institute. She is also a Board-Approved Supervisor for social workers in Washington, D.C. and Virginia and a Broad-Approved Supervisor for both social workers, and counselors in Maryland.
Molly’s career spans roles at The National Institutes of Health, clinical leadership, healthcare consulting, intake coordination/optimization, and direct therapeutic services. As a Clinical Supervisor and Intake Specialist, she is committed to streamlining intake systems, educating about insurance advocacy, and onboarding individualized treatment for adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. Molly’s expertise in managing outpatient and higher levels of care inspires her enduring commitment to ensuring clients are matched with exceptional services and congruent treatment options. She is highly enthusiastic about community relations, quality mental health care delivery, and she enjoys working on an interdisciplinary team to provide an integrative approach for every client that she interfaces with. Molly is passionate about connecting with community partners to build relationships that foster connection and collaboration in pursuit of creating access to quality care for all clients.
Molly is a co-author on 6 publications with NIH, and has presented at national conferences on behalf of NIH, as well as healthcare leadership summits, and the CHADD National Canadian Conference. Her research background includes work with the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) and the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), where she contributed to studies on addiction, mental health, and psychopharmacology. Using her research background and healthcare leadership experience, Molly leverages her expertise in community relations, strategic alliances, business development, and healthcare operations to support organizations in delivering high-quality mental health services in DC, MD, VA, NY, NJ, and FL.
