One of the most important DBT skills is Radical Acceptance, in which we get to understand cause and effect. you know everything happened exactly as it should have because of its causes. When we focus on the causes, that decreases the blame and the anger that we feel.


Looking at people in a dialectical way brings us to have open and candid conversations instead of judging or arguing with other people.
