In a constant state of saying “let me figure it out” with your anxiety to try to create some sort of control so that we can decrease anxiety, but what if we just allow that to unfold and just let it be what we experience.
It is your body that communicates to you how you're feeling, what you're needing, what's happening. If we feel something uncomfortable, we immediately go to our minds and we try to have an answer and explanation, but if we instead just stick with what's happening in our body and let ourselves experience that emotion, the rest just kind of unfolds.
Allow emotion to be there. It will dissipate if you give it space.
