Many of us have grown accustomed to connecting online, during this pandemic, because we can't get together in person. But the internet has made somethings, like group therapy, more accessible, at a time when people need it most.
When you are interacting with people who have differing mindsets and moods, don't try to fix their mood. Instead, deescalate the situation by acknowledging how they are feeling, then move on. Validating how they feel doesn’t mean you also have to feel that way.
