We offer groups for women in recovery looking to continue to gain insight and support so they can address the underlying issues that lead to their disease progression. Some of the topics we address include: trauma, mood disorders, unhealthy relationships, poor coping skills and other factors that may have contributed to addiction. The group provides a safe, therapeutic environment where women can continue to heal and live a sober, satisfying life.
If you are a family member or loved one concerned about the impact of addiction, we offer an education series to address your concerns. Topics include: the brain disease of addiction, signs & symptoms, family dynamics, enabling, boundary setting, intervention, treatment options, recovery and community supports.
We also offer traditional group therapy for family members and loved ones to process how living with addiction has impacted them and to begin the journey towards healing.
Groups can act as a support network and a sounding board. Oftentimes, you may feel like you are the only one struggling — but you’re not. It can be a relief to hear others discuss what they’re going through, and realize you’re not alone.
